"Every business can have something beautiful. A budget in mind from the start helps me design the right thing for yours."

A note from Sharon

I'm asked about prices every week, so I'd like you to have a figure in mind before we speak. There's a wide range of options at every level, from a statement piece on a reception desk to a floral ceiling across a hotel restaurant.

What every project shares is the work behind it. I design each piece for your space, source real-touch stems and foliage that pass the close-up test, choose the vessels and planters, then lead the install with my small team and check every bloom on site.

The figures below are guide prices for design, supply and installation. Your own proposal is itemised for your space, so you can see exactly where your budget goes.

Shops, restaurants & shopping centres

Window dressing and frontage prices.

Window displays and frontages are two of the most popular uses of faux florals for business. A statement window stops people in the street, and planting outside a restaurant draws guests in, all year round. Here's what they typically cost.

Window dressing

From £1,000

Statement features for boutique and shop windows: bow wreaths, floral garlands, arches, suspended pieces and seasonal schemes, designed around your window and your brand.

  • Window feature, supply only, for your own installerfrom £1,000
  • Window designed and installedfrom £1,500
  • Christmas or launch window, designed and installed£2,000 to £5,000
  • Several windows or storesfrom £5,000

Christmas windows book up from early autumn, so the sooner we talk, the more choice you have. Installation can be out of hours to suit your store.

Shop & restaurant frontages

From £1,500

UV-stable outdoor planting for frontages, entrances and terraces: troughs of mixed foliage, olive and bay trees in feature pots, and planting that frames your signage without hiding it.

  • Entrance pair: two feature trees in planters, installedfrom £1,500
  • Restaurant or shop frontage with troughs and feature pots£2,500 to £6,000
  • Terrace or full frontage scheme£6,000 to £15,000

Shopping centres and landlords often ask for fire-retardant materials. I'll share the specification for every piece and include fire-retardant options in your proposal.

Guide prices include planters and vessels unless you're supplying your own. Travel is itemised in every proposal. See my boutique displays, Christmas installations and outdoor plants, or my work for London shops and restaurants.

Where your budget goes

What goes into every installation.

A finished installation brings together design, materials, travel and time on site. Your proposal lists each one, so nothing comes as a surprise.

  1. DesignPlanning each piece around your space, your brand, the light and how guests move through the room.
  2. Real-touch stems and foliagePremium faux flowers chosen to look real at arm's length. See them up close.
  3. Vessels, planters and fixingsUrns, planters and wall systems sized and finished for your interior, with fixing points planned for walls and ceilings.
  4. Fire safetyFire-retardant trees and plants where your venue needs them, with the specification for your fire risk assessment. More on fire-retardant plants and trees.
  5. Travel and installationDelivery, travel and the time on site to install, style and check every piece, often out of hours.

Site visits

When I visit your space.

A site visit is part of every project from £2,500.

For Styling projects, I design from your photos, measurements and a video call. It works beautifully for one or two pieces, and it keeps more of your budget in the flowers themselves.

  • Your first call is free. Share photos and plans and I'll talk you through what's possible at your budget.
  • Site visits are included on Statement projects and above, and on frontages from £2,500.
  • Travel is itemised in every proposal, wherever you are in the UK. I also install in London and on yachts.
  • Staged payments on larger projects, set out in your proposal.

Planning your budget

Ways to make your budget go further.

A faux floral installation is designed once and enjoyed for years, with no weekly florist bill. These are the ways my clients get the most from it.

I.

Start where guests look first

The entrance, reception or bar sets the tone for the whole venue. Begin there and build out.

II.

Phase it

Plan the whole scheme now and install it in stages, so every phase fits the same design.

III.

Hire for events

For a launch, party or season, my flower hire gives you a full installation for the dates you need it.

IV.

Refresh it

Keep your installation feeling new with a seasonal refresh: I swap in fresh colours and stems each season with my refresh service.
