"Beautiful florals belong in every workplace, and engineering is no exception."
The brief
GKN Automotive is a global engineering company and the world's largest supplier of driveline technologies, with roots dating back to the 1930s. Their head office sits just outside Birmingham, close to Minworth.
The team asked me to create bespoke florals and greenery for their Midlands offices. I was raring to go.
The centrepiece
A logo, grown in moss.
Preparation for the sign happened back at the workshop with my trusted carpenter. We drew out the design, cut it with a jigsaw, painted it and attached the moss, then took it to the GKN offices to secure it in place.

Around the office
Sometimes subtlety goes a long way.
Simple, impactful arrangements were positioned around the office, starting at the entrance for a truly warm welcome. Bespoke bamboo partitions brought light and tranquility to the workspace and a stronger sense of space.
