A note from Sharon
I've always loved flowers, and I've always wanted them to last. That's where Demmerys began, and it's still what drives me every time I step into my design studio.
Most artificial flowers give themselves away the moment you look closely. The colour is too flat, the petals too shiny, the stems too stiff. I spend my days making sure mine never do. I select every stem, shape it and keep adjusting until the arrangement looks like it grew there.
The best compliment I can get? Someone leaning in, touching a petal and saying, "Hang on, that's not real?" That's the moment I live for.

How I craft every arrangement
From a single stem to something unreal.
Every Demmerys arrangement goes through the same careful process, whether it's a bud vase for a bedside table or a showpiece for a hotel lobby.
- I start with the spaceWhere will it sit? How does the light fall? What colours live in the room? The flowers come second.
- I select every stem myselfI check each flower for colour, texture and veining, looking at it up close, because that's where cheap flowers give themselves away.
- I shape every stemReal flowers don't grow perfectly straight, so neither do mine. I bend, turn and tease every stem and leaf so it falls naturally.
- I set it in florists' resinEach stem is fixed in place so it holds its shape for years. No drooping, no twisting, no stems falling out.
- I finish it by eyeThis is the part that takes time. I keep adjusting until the arrangement looks naturally grown.
- I pack it with careEvery piece is carefully packed so it arrives exactly as it left my studio, ready to enjoy the moment you open it.
You get what you pay for
Why cheaper arrangements wear out so quickly.
I understand the temptation. A budget arrangement looks like a bargain on the shelf. But cheap stems are made to a price, and it shows. The colours look flat, the petals catch the light, and within months the stems start to droop and the whole thing looks tired.
Then it's back to the shops for another one. A luxury arrangement costs more at the start, but it keeps looking beautiful for years. Over time, it's the better investment by far.

What makes an artificial flower "luxury"?
It comes down to the stems and the eye that arranges them. Luxury artificial flowers are premium real-touch stems with natural colour, texture and movement, arranged by someone who knows how real flowers grow. Every Demmerys piece is selected, shaped and set by me in my design studio.
How long do luxury artificial flowers last?
Years. Because every stem is shaped and set in florists' resin, my arrangements hold their shape and keep looking fresh long after a cheaper piece would have given up.
How do I care for my arrangement?
No water, no plant food and no special light. An occasional gentle dusting is all it needs.
Are artificial flowers better than fresh flowers?
Fresh flowers are lovely, but they last a week. A luxury artificial arrangement looks just as beautiful every day for years, with no pollen, no scent, no dirty water and no weekly cost.
